4. Install the trim piston assemblies into the
trim cylinders, and then tighten the trim
cylinder end screws to the specified
torque.
CAUTION:
• Make sure that the trim rams are fully
extended when installing them.
• Once installed, never push the trim rams
down, otherwise fluid can spurt out.
5. Install new O-rings, the valve pin, and
valve seat assembly onto the tilt cylinder.
NOTE:
Refer to the illustration for valve pin and
valve seat assembly installation.
6. Install the gear pump housing.
7. Install the O-ring into the reservoir cap.
8. Install the reservoir and O-ring onto the
gear pump housing.
9. Fill the tilt cylinder with the recommended
fluid to the correct level through the hole

as shown.
