Note:

1. The DVD-388 is a five-target (6 IDE ports on-board)

CD/DVD controller board. You may connect the writers

from 1 target only or up to 5 targets according to your

need.

2. Please use a tower case with up to 7 slots 5.25” bay for

5 sets of writer, 1 pc of CD-ROM/DVD-ROM and 1 pc of

hard drive (better hidden internal slot), and 1 position for

controller board itself.

3. Please refer to the sketch shown above to install your

DVD-388 duplicator. Five writers below the controller

board of DVD-388 will be suggested.

4. The channels from JP6 to JP10 are used to connect the

writers and JP12 is for CD/DVD-ROM and hard drive.

5. The BIOS for DVD-388 is welded on the controller

board and cannot be replaced directly. The BIOS

upgrade can be completed in two ways either to run the

upgrade function on the controller board or to return the

board directly to Wytron for updating.
