• Pad spring _ _ _J_O Z Blow compressed air into the hosejoint open-

oAxle 'oo_ ing to force out the piston from the caliper

Be careful to install the brake pads correctly. _'_' _ _ • Never try to pry out the piston.

the piston does not cause injury as it is

5. Lubricate: expelled from the cylinder.

• Wheel axle

• Mounting bolt

Mountingbolt: MASTERCYLINDERDISASSEMBLY

I 23 Nm (2.3 m.kg, 17 ff.lb) NOTE:

Before disassembling the front brake master

cylinder, drain all brake fluid from the brake

hose, master cylinder, brake caliper and reser-

voir tank.

1. Remove:

screw driver into the hole on the lower side of the

Place the open end of the drain hose into a

container and pump out the remaining brake 3. Remove:
