TRANSMISSION STARTERSYSTEM

1. Apply: (_ Collar _ Plate

• 10W30 Type SE Motor oil (_ Washer _ Shaft

(to transmission case cover bearing) _ Bearing _ Plain washer

_) Starter wheel gear _ Idle gear

2. Install: _ Collar @ O-ring

• BearingC) _ Starterclutch @Startermotor

3. Install:

• Secondary sheave axle (_) _-

Apply lithium soap base grease onto the oil seal

lips.

• Secondary sheave axle operation ./.

Unsmooth operation _ Repair. _ ¢

5. Apply: - !

• 10W30 type SE Motor oil

(to main axle bearing and drive axle bearing)
