1.5 Program Change

Program Change messages are not received when the Part
Parameter setting Rcv PROGRAM CHANGE = OFF.
When MIDI PROGRAM CHANGE TABLE = OFF, values
other than 0~28 are ignored.
1.6 Channel Aftertouch

With the default settings, this has no function.
