You can configure the system settings of this unit using the front display.

Set this unit to standby mode.

While holding down STRAIGHT on the font panel, press MAIN ZONE .

Press PROGRAM to select an item.

Press STRAIGHT to select a setting.

Press MAIN ZONE to set this unit to standby mode and turn it on
again.
The new settings become effective.
ADVANCED SETUP menu items
Changing the speaker impedance setting (SPEAKER IMP.)
Change the speaker impedance settings of unit depending on the impedance of the
speakers connected.

Turns on/off of the remote control sensor on the main

MONITOR CHECK Removes the limitation on HDMI video output. 113
RECOV./BACKUP
Creates backup of the settings of this unit, or recovers
the settings from the backup.

INITIALIZE Restores the default settings. 114
FIRM UPDATE Updates the firmware. 114
VERSION
Checks the version of firmware currently installed on
this unit.

Select this when you connect 6-ohm speakers to this unit. You can also
use 4-ohm speakers as the front speakers.
8 Ω MIN (default) Select this when you connect 8-ohm or higher speakers to this unit.
