power (DAV-DX150) or two magnetically-shielded floor standing front speakers and two satellite speakers with 1000-

watts of power (DAV-CX250). They’re easy to set-up too. The supplied cables come with color-coded speaker connections

making it simple to install, and the simplified button control lets you choose sound fields with relative ease. They have

built-in DTS, Dolby Digital and Pro-Logic II decoders and support CD-R/RW discs embedded with MP3/JPEG files.

improved soundstage. Sony’s speaker packages are designed using

precision crossover assemblies to ensure that all speakers blend and

recreate a seamless soundstage.

DAV-DX250 Speaker System

◆ Magnetically-shielded, matched speakers (slim center, 2 floor stand-

ing, 2 satellites and a 285-watt Direct Digital Twin Drive (DDTD) sub-

woofer. To deliver maximum performance, the DDTD subwoofer inte-

grates two S-Master digital amplifiers, with both providing dedicated

power to the subwoofer. This results in a powerful bass sound

exceeding that of passive or active subwoofer systems.
