CONTROLS AND OPERATIONS
Status Indicators (LEDs)
Indicate the status of the speaker unit, the transmitter, and a connected iPhone/iPod. The status of a connected external device is
not indicated.
Green status indicator: The speaker unit and transmitter are turned on and operating normally.•
Red status indicator: An error has occurred or the volume has reached its maximum or minimum level.•

An iPhone/iPod is connected.
Once Once
The volume level has been adjusted.
The transmitter’s status indicator flashes only when the volume was adjusted using the
speaker unit’s volume keys.
Connection in progress, please wait.
30 seconds have passed since the iPhone/iPod was paused.
Once Once
The speaker unit’s volume has reached the maximum or minimum level when an
iPhone/iPod is connected wirelessly.
The transmitter’s status indicator flashes only when the volume was adjusted using the
speaker unit’s volume keys.
Once Once
The speaker unit’s volume has reached the maximum or minimum level when an
external device is connected to AUX.
The battery of the iPhone/iPod is low. Charge the iPhone/iPod.
2 sec. 2 sec.
The connected iPod is not supported.

Connection failed.

TROUBLESHOOTING
Refer to the table below if the speaker unit or transmitter does not operate properly. If the problem you are experiencing is
not listed below, or if the instruction below does not help, disconnect the power cable plug, and contact the nearest authorized
Yamaha dealer or service center.
For problems related to wireless connections, please provide information about other wireless devices that you are using
(manufacturer, model number, etc.).
Problem Cause Remedy
No sound.
The volume is turned down. Turn up the volume.
The iPhone/iPod is not connected
securely.
Connect the iPhone/iPod securely.
The external device is not connected
securely.
Connect the 3.5 mm (1/8 in) stereo mini
plug cable securely to the speaker unit
and external device.
Earphones are connected to the iPhone. Remove the earphones.
