Sound Creator Parameters
The following parameters are linked to the ones in each display.
COMMON
The explanations here apply to step #3 on page 79.
COMMON Determines the common settings such as voice volume or octave.
SOUND Determines the timbre/EG (Envelope Generator)/vibrato of the voice.
EFFECT Determines the effect depth/type and equalizer settings.
HARMONY Determines the Harmony/Echo settings.

affect only the Main parts
voice.

Set the portamento time of each
part (MAIN/LAYER/VOICE)
(page 114).
Determines the touch sensitivity, or
how greatly the volume responds to
your playing strength.
0 —– Produces more dramatic
level drops, the more softly
you play.

Normal response.
127 Produces high volume for
any playing strength (xed)
Shift the octave range of the
selected voice up or down in
octaves. When the Main or Layer
parts voice is used, the M/LYR
parameter is available; when the
Left parts voice is used, the LEFT
parameter is available.
This determines whether the voice
is played monophonically (page 55).
