There’s a bunch of power and big-time features built into this compact,
66-pound Inverter generator. Rated at 2800 maximum watts of output,
this generator has an exceptional power output-to-weight ratio—and Pulse
Width Modulation produces high-quality, clean electricity that’s ideal for
powering computers and electronic appliances. Other features include
AC and DC output, Smart Throttle that matches engine speed to current
draw for delivering optimal fuel economy, an Oil Watch Warning System
and AC non-fuse thermal breaker circuitry—the list goes on. We’re talking
big, reliable power in a small package.
There’s no excuse to be caught without power when the 28-pound,
easy-to-carry EF1000iS is so easy to own. The EF1000iS is so compact
and unobtrusive you’ll enjoy using it almost anywhere: Noise Block
design technology keeps it nice and quiet. And it’s so efficient, thanks
to Smart Throttle, that this little generator will run up to 12 hours on
just 0.66 gallon of gas—easily powering up small appliances, computers,
TVs and satellite systems with clean power from Yamaha’s Pulse Width
Modulation Inverter system. It even comes with cables for recharging
12-volt batteries.

INVERTERSERIES
Yamaha Inverter technology is the way forward when it comes to light, quiet, clean and portable power.
Our inverters use Pulse Width Modulation to produce the ultimate in pure sine wave electricity. Pulse Width
Modulation control produces electricity that’s as clean or cleaner than municipal power, earning the highest
rating from CARB (California Air Resources Board) and the EPA (Enviornmental Protection Agency) and
allowing you to run computers and other electronic equipment with complete peace of mind. While we’re at it,
we equipped many of our Inverter models with advanced Noise Block technology for quiet running, our Smart
Throttle system—which automatically adjusts engine speed for maximum fuel efficiency—and plenty of other
ideas that make your life easier, better and brighter.
AS QUIET, CLEAN AND EFFICIENT AS POWER GETS.

It’s clean, it’s quiet and it’s so flexible you can connect two EF2400iSs
to make 3600 watts of power if you want to. One is all you need, though,
for normal portable generator use. This model uses Yamaha’s powerful
171cc overhead-valve engine, contains all the latest Yamaha Inverter
technology and puts out 2400 maximum watts of clean, pure power—in
a package that weighs just 75 pounds. That makes it highly portable,
and the fact that it’s super quiet makes the EF2400iS nice to use, too.
Small but mighty, there’s enough juice in here to crank up a high-
efficiency 13,500 BTU RV air conditioner.
